JESSICA RUNGE
Jessica Runge is an independent dancer, choreographer, and arts educator based in Toronto. She has been creating and performing across Canada and internationally for over twenty years, and has had the opportunity to collaborate with many notable Canadian dancers and choreographers, including Peggy Baker, Peter Chin, and Tedd Robinson. Runge has danced with major Canadian dance companies the Toronto Dance Theatre, Le Groupe Dance Lab, and Kaeja d’Dance. Her own choreography has been presented at the Canada Dance Festival and at other venues across Canada. Runge is a recipient of the K.M. Hunter Award in Dance, and has been nominated for Dora Mavor Moore awards for her performances and choreography on three occasions.
