JUSTIN RUTLEDGE

Signed to Six Shooter Records, Justin Rutledge's albums have garnered critical acclaim. Rutledge has earned two Juno nominations, a Galaxy Rising Star award, countless year-end critics' picks, the title of Toronto's Best Local Songwriter, two nominations for the Polaris Prize Long List, and a Canadian Folk Music Award nomination.

He is also in Early Winters, a pop-rock band in Los Angeles that he co-fronts with Carina Round (Puscifer, Smashing Pumpkins). Their songs have appeared on TV and films: Degrassi, The Ghost Whisperer, Being Human, Heartland, and The Lucky Ones.

Justin has shared the stage with artists such as Blue Rodeo, Dolly Parton, Martha Wainwright and Great Lake Swimmers.

Rutledge is also an actor, having worked closely with Michael Ondaatje and Daniel Brooks, as well as appearing on stage and screen with Canadian actors as Tom McCamus and Julian Richings.
