Laura Mayo Appointed Executive Director

of the Art of Time Ensemble

TORONTO, November 22 — Laura Mayo has been announced as the new Executive Director of Toronto-based Art of Time Ensemble, effective immediately.   

Mayo joins the organization after almost five years at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, most recently as Director of Pops and Special Concerts, as well as six years at the Southbank Centre in London, UK and eight years in artist management in both London and Toronto.  Mayo is a graduate of the University of Toronto and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Cultural Policy and Management at City University, London.

Art of Time Ensemble performs through a subscription season at the Harbourfront Centre Theatre in Toronto. The company also performs regularly at Toronto’s Koerner Hall, and tours extensively through Canada and the U.S., often playing with leading Canadian orchestras.
