MAGIC AND LOSS: A TRIBUTE TO

LOU REED

Seven singers perform 16 songs in a retrospective of the career of the artist who drafted the blueprint for alternative rock music in the 20th century. Lou Reed's pioneering efforts infused the rebellious origins of rock and roll with artistic influences from all other genres of art. Icons of Canadian pop and finest Canadian musicians will pay homage to Reed in a broad sampling of his work, presented in new arrangements created specially for the tribute.
