TANYA HOWARD

Originally from South Africa, Tanya Howard celebrated her 20th season with the National Ballet of Canada in 2018. As a first soloist with the ballet, Tanya has had the opportunity to perform various roles in both classical ballet and contemporary works, and has enjoyed the pleasure of being part of many new creations.

She has performed works by James Kudelka, Balanchine, Forsythe, Marie Choinard, Christopher Wheeldon, Alexei Ratmansky, Guillaume Cote, and Peggy Baker to name a few.
